The key to strengthening your health is found in medicinal herbs!
The liver is the pivotal point for our body's internal cleansing. It is the absolute pillar of our metabolism and thus our health!
The liver works around the clock. If your sleep is disturbed between 1 and 3 a.m., this could be a sign of liver overload. The liver checks and filters the blood, separating nutrients from the "bad" components. "Bad" components include bacteria, viruses, toxins and pollutants, and pesticides.
If the liver is overloaded, it can no longer fully perform the vital detoxification processes in the body. This disrupts the digestive function of the intestines. The bile produced by the liver affects peristalsis (muscle movement) of the intestines. A lack of bile leads to constipation. An overproduction of bile leads to diarrhea. Poorly digested food results in putrefaction. This causes bloating, a feeling of fullness, and general physical fatigue. The reduced cleansing leads to deposits on the intestinal lining. These deposits feed "bad" microorganisms. This gradually leads to a nutrient deficiency in trace elements and vitamins.
We have studied the body's most important metabolic organ in depth. Nature offers many herbal helpers. Our choice is based on herbal tinctures from Watercress , Hercampuri , Neem , dandelion , Milk thistle , Black walnut or Haronga fallen.
Milk thistle, curcuma, barberry and agrimony combine in our Duschlbaur's "Cleanse Your Insides" herbal tincture . These herbs can also provide beneficial support for the liver and gallbladder. To make these highly valuable herbal drops, we use the whole milk thistle plant, including the seeds. For turmeric, we use the root. From the barberry plant, we use the herb and berries. For agrimony, we use the whole plant, including the flowers.
Applesauce – a good, old household remedy
In Grandma's treasure chest, we discovered the wholesome, somewhat forgotten applesauce. The pectin contained in apples has a detoxifying effect, binding harmful germs in the intestines and supporting their excretion. Those who don't tolerate raw apples so well can opt for the more easily digestible applesauce.
