Our ointments and balms are produced by Carinthia's only natural cosmetics manufacturer. High-quality, organic, fresh cosmetic products have been developed and manufactured by hand since 2005.

The 100% certified natural cosmetics are free of mineral or silicone oils, hormones, preservatives, chemical emulsifiers, stabilizers, plastics, and PEG substances.

It's difficult for the layperson to understand which natural cosmetics truly deserve their name. Few consumers can decipher or understand the ingredients listed on labels or package inserts. Industrially produced natural products usually use fatty alcohols, such as cetyl alcohol, benzyl alcohol, or benzoic acid, for stabilization. Some benzoates are suspected of affecting the nervous system. Long-term studies on this topic have not yet been conducted. Therefore, you won't find these fatty alcohols in our products.

Our avoidance of chemical emulsifiers also prevents the so-called yo-yo effect in all our ointments and balms. Emulsifiers are additives that permanently combine oil and water. This makes the production of a cream possible. Chemical emulsifiers do not penetrate the skin but remain on the skin's surface. With every contact with water, they absorb the body's own oils. As soon as you sweat or wash, you have to reapply cream. In cosmetics, the yo-yo effect refers to the fact that the more you moisturize, the drier your skin becomes.

That's why our ointments and creams contain natural lipids. These lipids are derived from valuable oils. These lipids have a structure similar to the skin's own lipids. This allows them to penetrate the outermost protective layer – the stratum corneum. The active ingredients penetrate into the epidermis (top layer of skin). There, they supply the cells' ATP molecules and stimulate the skin's self-regeneration.

All our products are also 100% palm oil-free. Our recipes are not based on animal testing.

To produce our ointments and balms, we use the most expensive extraction method: CO2 extraction. This method uses CO2 to extract the valuable active ingredients from the plants. This method is the most environmentally friendly, effective, and safest way to get the most out of the plant material.

Why environmentally friendly?
With the CO2 extraction method, 95% of the CO2 used in each extraction is recovered. The CO2 remains in the process cycle, producing no harmful byproducts.

Why effective?
This method enables a gentle extraction of secondary plant substances.

Why safe?
The ingredients extracted from natural plants are free of solvent residues. This process can be used for organic products. No CO2 residues are found in the final product.
