As you know from your own experience, the onset of a cold can leave you shivering and with cold feet. With this hot elderberry juice, you'll really warm up your body and spread a pleasant warmth:

  • Pour a large cup of elderberry juice into a pot
  • Chop a small piece of ginger (a teaspoon full) and add it to the juice
  • Add half a teaspoon of dried angelica as well
  • Bring everything to a boil and let it simmer covered for 5 minutes
  • Strain
  • Sweeten with honey and drink as hot as possible
