The natural ingredients of theCat's Claw Tincture Dropsare: water, alcohol, cat's claw.
We use the whole plant to produce these very valuable drops.
Cat's claw owes its name to its claw-like appendages, which allow it to climb up to 60 meters on its host plants. The bark, the underlying bast, and the roots have been used by indigenous peoples for thousands of years. The plant has been recognized as a medicinal plant by the World Health Organization (WHO) since the 1990s.
In its natural form, the cat's claw grows in moist, shady soil in tropical rainforests. The roots of the cat's claw grow horizontally just a few centimeters below the surface. The above-ground tendrils reach into the canopy of these "jungle giants." In the axils of the paired leaves are sickle-shaped, curved tethers, reminiscent of cat's claws. The cat's claw blooms in paniculate, yellow inflorescences.
