The natural ingredients of theGraviola Tincture Dropsare: water, alcohol, soursop.
We use the fruits to produce these very valuable drops.
Like all members of the annunciation family, the graviola is a woody plant. Its foliage is dense, with leaves resembling bay leaves. The yellow-green blossoms sit directly on the stem. They emit an unpleasant scent, strongly reminiscent of carrion. This is natural, as the aroma attracts flies for pollination.
From a botanical point of view, the fruit of the graviola is a berry, a very large berry that can grow to over 20 cm long and weigh up to 4 kg. The berry's skin is covered with soft spines.
Harvesting takes place between January and March. Harvesting must take place just before the fruit ripens, as ripe fruits burst upon falling due to their weight and spoil quickly. The flesh of the graviola is white, soft, and juicy. The large, black seeds must be removed before eating the flesh. They are toxic.
